On the stage of preparation of the repair list, or right up to the beginning of ship’s hull repair works with (or in case of) essential metal replacement as for plates as well as for steel works, we analyze possibility of cost minimizing, based on the calculation method.
Working out the special norms permanent thickness is linked to the specific ship’s hull and takes into account its actual condition according to inspection. Besides, at will of the customer, the perspective of future usage of the ship is taken into account, which excludes increasing of unnecessary ship’s hull elements replacement permanent thickness.
The worked out project, in the stage of repair preparation or during repair works, passes the Russian Maritime Shipping Register procedure in the context of confirmation of ship’s hull and/or its’ renewal technical condition conformance.
